Families are invited to experience a magical Christmas as a dinosaur-themed winter wonderland arrives in Lenwade from Saturday 30 November.
Children can stumble across the magical world of Narnia through C.S. Lewis’s enchanted wardrobe in the Lost World Maze, as well as discover creatures through the festive-themed Dinosaur Trail, filled with hidden candy canes. Christmas arts and crafts will be available for children to take part in and make decorations and cards to take home for family and friends.
Families can step into an enchanted grotto to visit Father Christmas, where Dippy and his little helpers will be on hand to give out gifts. An additional £6.95 will be charged to meet Father Christmas in his grotto, which includes a special gift from Dippy and all the crew at Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure.
Adam Goymour, company director at Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure said: “It’s fantastic to be giving families a real Roarr! Christmas experience again this year and we’ve got lots of fresh, festive fun arriving at the park. It’s such a magical time for both crew and guests as we count down the days until Christmas.”
From Monday 28 October until Friday 31 January, the park will also be introducing a winter offer as the gate admission price will be reduced to £10.95 for adults and children over 90cm and online tickets will be £9.95.
A new secret animal experience ‘Meet the Animals’ will be open for children to come inside and get away from the winter chill with the park’s pets during 30-minute sessions.
The little ones will also be able to warm up at indoor play area Dinomite and interactive soft-play Dippy-Ville. The park’s new winter warmer menu will feature a Roarr! cinnamon latte, topped with whipped cream, salted caramel sauce and crushed gingerbread.
Adam adds: “We’re so pleased to be introducing our new winter offer, which will allow our guests to save some pennies during the festive season and we look forward to welcoming families before and after Christmas – in November, before the festive frenzy begins, and into the new year by brightening up those cold post-Christmas January days.”
The winter wonderland will be open for 30 November – 1 December, 7 – 8, 14 – 15 and 19 – 24 December. For more information about the event or to book tickets, CLICK HERE.
