Any customers who have already purchased date-specific tickets will be able to move their pre-dated ticket to allow them to visit us at another time during 2020. Please call Guest Services if you would like any further information on 01603 876310 and our friendly crew will be able to assist you.

We understand that many of our customers may have booked short breaks to the Norfolk area and may have purchased pre-dated tickets as part of that.

If you decide you would like to amend your ticket to an alternative date please contact our Guest Services department who will be happy to change this for you.

A new Season Ticket offer will be available in 2021.

Valid season ticket holders will be able to visit Roarr! when we re-open this year.

Existing Season tickets, and those expired since 20th March, will be reviewed and days added corresponding to the number of days we have been closed, taking also into consideration the relevant expiry date of each ticket.

After the year-end we will value any unused season ticket benefit and credit against a new season ticket or offer a refund.

It will be a challenging administration task once we re-open and so ask for your understanding and patience until then.
