Guest Services Manager

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making sure our visitors have a ROARR-some time?

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic person to ensure that the daily operation of our Guest Services department meets the highest possible standards of quality and customer service and to be our park ambassador for excellent customer service skills.

 

Guest Services, located within Dinomite, our award winning and Norfolk’s largest indoor adventure play area, is an extremely busy area within the park, so applicants will need to be organised, flexible and able to motivate a team working under pressure. You will lead the daily operation of the Guest Services team in order to enhance our guests’ experience of the park, offering a friendly but professional approach.   This is a hands-on role to ensure your team meet the expectations of the Park – you will support the team as well as seeking strategies to continuously improve the guest experience.

 

We are ideally looking for someone with 5 years’ experience of managing a team, who can demonstrate excellent initiative and communication skills, an eye for detail and has a genuine desire to give first class customer service. You should have outstanding administration and customer service skills, have knowledge of managing departmental budgets, be a great people manager, coach, support and engage your team and support a positive, customer focused work environment, have experience of recruiting and training new crew members, be compliant with GDPR and have experience of working within the leisure or tourism sector. You will be responsible for all customer care touch points, including the telephone, face to face, via email and social media.

 

Our ideal candidate will manage our pass holders, private hires, schools and group bookings ensuring that they are all delivered to a high standard.

 

Previous experience with Word, Excel and Database Management is essential.

 

This permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, will require a flexible approach to hours and days worked, as it will entail weekend and bank holiday working, as this is essential to the role.

 

In return, we can offer a salary of c£23,500 – £25k per annum (salary commiserate with experience), working in a fun, but focussed environment.
