Hooray! It’s Dippy’s Birthday!
Dinos at Night
Deck the dinos, it’s time to light up the park for the most wonderful time of the year. Santa will be here, so come along and meet him in his grotto and take home some homemade crafts to delight your family. We’ll have festive treats, candy canes and all the fun of the season, while you decide whether the dinosaurs made the naughty or the nice list.
What lurks in the woods? Was that a sound in the trees? Is there a ghost somewhere around? During October the dinosaurs are not the only pterrifying things in the park. With ghoulish goings-on and devilish crafts for fearless little monsters, there’s no better way to get them out and burning energy over half term. Fiendish fancy dress welcomed.
Hooray! It’s Dippy’s Birthday!
Our favourite dinosaur is having a birthday party and we’re all invited. What’s more, it lasts all week and he’s having a disco too. It’s a face-painting, birthday-card-making, trail-taking, earth-shaking celebration of fun as we join him to blow out his candles and have a slice of cake in the sun.
Dinos at Night
Party into the dark at our fearsome mid-summer spectacular. Voted Best Attraction Event for the second year running by Days Out With The Kids, it’s colossal, big on crafts, sideshows and trails in the woods. Take on the escape room and try not to hide as the country’s biggest moving Tyrannosaurus Rex makes its way through the park – it’s over 7m long!
As the sun goes down, have a ball to the sounds of the Joe Ringer Band. This is how dinos do their thing.
Magical creatures of the woods await.
Wrap up warm and track dinosaurs in the woods or hide from the cold with interactive play and climbing adventures. Our February fantastic is all about enchanted crafts and spellbinding quests, so get out of the house and join in the fun. Enjoy 50% off if you come along in fancy dress.
Choose from Team Mermaid, Team Troll, Team Dragon or Team Fairy at the gate and then try your skills at our enchanted and spellbinding quests to win points for your fellows – the competition is spritely. Take an elfie and share your fantasy day on social media for the chance to win a family ticket.
Think our dinosaurs are the only ones inhabiting the park? Then you’d be wrong. For one weekend only, catch up with some of our other personalities as they wander around making friends. Taking to the stage, they’ll be putting on a spectacular performance – don’t forget to grab a selfie.
More exciting details to follow
Roarr! Goes Wild
Nature comes alive for a whole week of conservation fun across the park. Jurassic times call for Jurassic measures as we get creative, learning about how to care for the park and the creatures that call it home.
Scramble your brains on the Alice in Wonderland trail to win medals and then adventure until you’re eggs-hausted in our action-packed park. Dippy will be hosting his dino disco at 11am and you’ll find egg-citing crafts in the Secret Animal Garden (as well as baby animals!). Every day is a good hare day over the whole Easter break from 2nd – 19th April, so hop to it!
Inclusive weekend – 4th –5th April
For World Autism Awareness Week we’re making our park even more accessible for all. We’ll be asking the dinos to keep the noise down and there will be a quiet room available for adventurers who want some chill time. Some of our Easter characters along the dinosaur trail will be talking in sign language and there will be a Mobiloo on-site complete with adult-sized changing bench and hoist. Watch out for more details nearer the time.
10th – 13th April
There’s no bunny like an Easter bunny and this year, Peter RabbitTM will be visiting. He’ll be popping up here and there around the park, so come along and meet him. Hunt for the hidden eggs and hand one in with your voucher to get a Cadbury’s creme egg (egg-cuse us for limiting them to one per child).
